BOOKING A FACILITY

The Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd (PBPL) is responsible for booking vessels at four common user berths at the port, including:

  1. Pinkenba Common User Facility 

  2. General Purpose Berth

  3. Grain Berth

  4. Port North Common User Berth.

Two of these berths, the Pinkenba Bulk Wharf and the General Purpose Wharf, have common user terminals to support the loading and discharging of cargo.

To book any of these facilities the following documentation is required to be read and where applicable filled out and returned to PBPL.

All Hirers of any of PBPL’s common user facilities wishing to facilitate international vessel arrivals must comply with the First Point of Entry provisions of the Biosecurity Act 2015 – please refer to Section 7.3 of the Berthing Advice and Bookings Form.

General Port Areas
Plan addressing the management of all biosecurity activities over which PBPL has control or influence.  Hirers of PBPL facilities are required to have in place their own Biosecurity Management Plan prior to commencing operations.
