CRUISE HEALTH AND SAFETY

Important note: The Brisbane International Cruise Terminal is only open on days when a cruise ship is at berth.  If you are travelling to and parking at the BICT, please note there is only paid parking onsite which must be booked online in advance through Wilson Parking.

Please see the Car Parking webpage for details.

COVID PROTOCOLS

The safety and wellbeing of all passengers, staff and visitors to the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal is our highest priority.

On 25 August 2023, the Australian Government rescinded the remaining mandatory COVID protocols for the cruise industry.

To confirm any COVID-19 protocols and requirements for your cruise, please check the documentation provided by your cruise line or contact your cruise line prior to arrival to the terminal.

GENERAL

On cruise days, the terminal will be busy with pedestrians, cars and other vehicles. Please follow all road and parking signage and drive slowly on the internal roads and within the cruise terminal’s car parking areas.

All pedestrians must remain on the footpaths and within pedestrian areas at all times, particularly when transiting between the car parks and the terminal building.

If you require assistance at any time, please contact a member of the onsite security staff or the cruise lines who will guide you to the appropriate area.
